Here comes a joke for all German readers. The Germans think, that they have to do a reform of the real estate taxes. Means, everybody, who owns any piece of land or real estate has to provide detailed information in an online tool.
My partner owns a place in Germany and therefore she has to try to provide all these informations online. She tried to do this now for days and weeks and finally I had a look at it yesterday as well – just trying to help.
Now, if the system finds a mistake, it provides you with help. So look at this help, that was offered to me:
“Die Summe der im Hauptvordruck (GW1) unter “Gemarkung(en) und Flurstück(e) des Grundvermögens” angegebenen Flächen multipliziert mit dem davon zur wirtschaftlichen Einheit gehörenden prozentualen Anteil entspricht nicht der Summe der in der Anlage Grundstück (GW2) angegebenen Flächen des Grund und Bodens. Auf dem Hauptvordruck ist in Zeile 10 jeweils die gesamte Fläche des Flurstücks anzugeben. In Zeile 11 des Hauptvordrucks wird dann der von dieser gesamten Flurstücksfläche zur wirtschaftlichen Einheit gehörende Anteil in Prozent als Bruch (mathematischer Bruch mit Zähler und Nenner) angegeben. In der Anlage Grundstück wird in Zeile 4 die gegebenenfalls anteilige Fläche des Grundstücks (rechnerischer Anteil entsprechend der Angaben im Hauptvordruck) zum jeweiligen Bodenrichtwert angegeben. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Angaben.”
